Kupuku aims to bring people passionate about education and child development to connect, share knowledge and help one another.
With that in mind, we require the users of our website, mobile app, forum and any other features that may be developed over time (“Our Services”) to follow these simple rules to nurture a comfortable environment for all:
1) You agree to give up the right to hold PT Kupuku Metamorfosis Nusantara ("The Company", “us, “we”, “our”, “Kupuku”) liable for any damage, loss or injury when you use Our Services or content.
2) Please post your questions in the relevant category.
3) In order to help users easily find relevant information, we reserve the right to move or merge forum threads to a better suited topic or category.
4) We do not allow users to upload any copyrighted content to any of Our Services. We reserve the right to remove copyrighted materials without notice. When you post your content on Our Services, you agree to give us the rights to own and use your content.
5) Any user found to be guilty of the following shall be immediately suspended, and we reserve the right to notify the authorities:
- uploading content that insults race, religion, ethnicity, gender or any other discriminations;
- uploading content meant to offend or hurt another user, in a manner that is offensive or inflammatory. This includes flaming or instigating arguments;
- uploading content containing - or with links to - pornography, warez, viruses, trojans, or any other illegal content.
6) Avatars must be in good taste. This means no vulgar or violent images, pornography or profanity. We reserve the right to remove any avatar found to be inappropriate.
7) You are not allowed to post any content that is, or contains links to, advertisement or commission generators. If you wish to advertise on our services, please contact us at timkupuku@kupuku.net
8) We have the right to ask users to alter or delete offensive content. If this is not done promptly, we will delete the material without further notice.
9) Any impersonation of a user on our services is strictly prohibited and the perpetrator shall be banned immediately and indefinitely.
When you use our services, you agree that our administrators have the right to modify, delete, edit or close any topic, signature, account or profile data at any time that they see fit.
